Product names
Sputtering targets and evaporable cathodes are produced at JSC "POLEMA" from various compositions of Al-Ti, Al-Ti-Si, Al-Cr systems:
Ti37Al63-PM, Ti43Al57-PM, Ti47Al53-PM, Ti54Al46-PM, Ti59Al41-PM, Ti64Al36-PM, Ti43Al49Si8-PM.
Cr-Al products are made with the customers' compositions shaped as discs with diameter up to 105mm.
